Leading a three-team build across frontend, backend, and AI
A luxury event-planning marketplace built during a SpaceTech training program, with a Next.js frontend, a .NET Clean Architecture backend, and an AI planning assistant serving customer, vendor, and admin roles — built by three sub-teams that I led.
Challenge
The hardest part was keeping frontend, backend, and AI work integration-ready in parallel, agreeing on API contracts before every backend endpoint existed, while shipping three distinct user experiences at once.
Outcome
The project shows I can lead a team through a multi-service, multi-role build — not just deliver frontend code, but also connect the AI planner to the app and support the backend, while making pragmatic calls that kept everyone shipping.
